Additionally, you can change your login information at anytime by going to the Profile Page and updating it there. When you update your Profile, you will also get an email to confirm the updates have been made.

You will also notice under the login area the check box for "Remember my Login information on this computer." You can check this box if you would prefer not to enter you information each time you return to the site. Checking this box places a "cookie" on the computer you are using so it remembers you the next time you visit. It is recommended to only check this box when you are using a computer that is yours or that you have control over. For example, do not check this option if you are using a computer at a library or at an Internet café while on vacation.

If you receive benefit update emails or other emails from RESERVATION REWARDS regarding you membership, you can click on link on those emails and you will be automatically logged in to the site.

You will need to login to the site to use your benefits, but you can read some FAQs and Contact Customer service without being logged in.
